Beautiful video, Paul, as alwsys👍 Abbate y La Mantia made great soaps and AS, but I thought there was no giustification for the big rise of the price for the new formula....then, I recieved this Garibaldi and the matching AS as a gift for Christmas and, honestly, it's definitely worth the price. Rockwell razors are superb, few months ago I purchased the 6s, around 100€, just because I loved how It looks like. I can say it's nearly perfect, It could be the definitive razor for anyone, but I continued buying some other else, of corse.....call It, passion!!
Nicely done Sir Paul💈💈 Hahahaha! Thought you were headed out to meet the Queen, 4 passes. I ask myself, "did he do three?...😮"maybe I missed the #3".. Well, as it turned out to be a stellar shave. The 6C is one of my favorite razors, I have the 6S but the "C" gives a slicker feel to me. Excellent soap, I tried the Krokos offering a few years back. Beautiful color this morning thanks to Mrs H, always a grand sight. SOTD: PAA Cube, Tallow & Steel "Boreal" soap/splash, Grizzly Bay custom badger, RazoRock "Wunderbar" SS slant w/Polsilver blade, alum, witch hazel and Nivea balm...wonderful. Men Rock synthetic brush, Thayers lavender witch hazel, Gillette Cool Wave AS splash. MOTD: Baked ham (bone-in and spiral sliced) with pineapple slices + brown sugar glaze. Nice shave today Paul. My sotd was using a new adjustable razor by Vander Hagen with a Wilkinson sword blade, porasso red. Razor did a very nice job, no cuts or irritation. I was impressed as it's a pretty inexpensive razor compared to others. But it worked. Your Sunday meal sounds wonderful too. Have a great week Paul

MOTD: My son made a Shrimp-N-Steak pizza, very deluxe and so tasty. The cake was a German Chocolate Brownie. All was delicious. SOTD: Above the Tie all copper Windsor R-1 Calypso loaded with an early 2000's Gillette Platinum (Swede) blade (7th use). Proraso Red shaving soap lathered with a PAA Atomic Rocket synthetic brush. Finished with Thayer's AF SF skin toner and PAA diver Down aftershave. I smelled of Sandalwood and Spice. The shave was effortless BBS. Fantastic shave Paul! Please stay safe and healthy. Take care.

Hi Paul, my sotd was "all in" on Sudsy Soapery products. I used their Pine and Cedar Soap, Splash and Balm. Excellent products, all. I used my Gillette, Black Beauty "109" with a Voskhod blade on its 2nd use. 3 passes plus the usual pickups. Osma alum block and cold water rinse is a staple. The brush was from Viking Blade. I even had a Sudsy Soapery Pine and Cedar pomade for my hair. Yep, I geeked out on Sudsy Soapery products!

Great four-pass shave with my favorite safety razor. You fooled me. I would have bet you'd start with the R-6 plate. I normally use the R-3 with an Astra Green. Your MOTD sounds very tasty and British. A few ales to wash it all down. You are right about the smell and taste of bacon.
I won't be suprised if one day you would do a fifth pass! I saw Ken shaves the other day with a Rockwell 6s, he started on plate 2 but quickly changed it to 4 he said 2 didn't take the stubble down. Those Bic blades allways give me smooth shaves and thirty uses!

Great shave. The Bic blades that came in the samples performed awesomely for me with no irritation and other issues. I should get back to them at some point. My SOTD is gonna be of the King C Gillette razor with the blade of the same name on its second use, Wholly Kaw Sandhurst soap, a knockoff Old Spice aftershave and the Omega 10066 brush.
My shave of the day was a yellow one. Yellow proraso preshave, soap and aftershave balm together with shark blade (yellow you :D). Last but not least muhle R89 for my three days growth. Cheers Paul!
i love My Rockwell 6C , as amatter of fact i just finished shaving with it . i got mine in the gunmetal finish but the finish is wearing off . about a 1/4 of the way on each side of the top cap . under the gunmetal it seems to be chrome . i have had the razor just over a year . i have a few razors so it's not like i use it all the time ! stay safe

Rockwell 6C with R3 plate is my go to. I found the R4 plate too aggressive and gave me razor burn. I usually go with a GSB, Nacet or Astra SP but I think I have some bics, I might have to try one soon.

bic remember using the 1 blade disposable razor pack of 5 for a £1 good god they were vicious buggers (in 80s early 90s as a teen 😳😳😬 with using not good cream and products , bit different now as a 50 yr old got every product available lol 😂👍🤣

Hello Paul great shave as usual. Have you ever used the Game Changer .84. It would be interesting to get your view point on that razor. I use a tobacco scented kolonya as an aftershave and it smells great. Take care from Andrew in Antalya.
Wrap those sunglasses in an armoured case then handcuff it to your wrist. You know how this world works. Thirty minutes before you return them to the owner catastrophe strikes and they get broken or stolen or lost in a freakish whirlwind... ;-)

Great video Paul, that shaving soap sounds fantastic, my shave was a Red Handled EJ 3one6 with a 2nd use Feather blade, Truefiit & Hill No10 shaving cream EJ finest badger shaving brush and to finish just some Truefitt & Hill No10 sensitive moisturiser. All the best Mark.

bic remember using the 1 blade disposable razor pack of 5 for a £1 good god they were vicious buggers (in 80s early 90s as a teen 😳😳😬 with using not good cream and products , bit different now as a 50 yr old got every product available lol 😂👍🤣

Hello Paul great shave as usual. Have you ever used the Game Changer .84. It would be interesting to get your view point on that razor. I use a tobacco scented kolonya as an aftershave and it smells great. Take care from Andrew in Antalya.
