I always add a percentage of auctions in my mix. Especially when I can't find any similar comps. I set a reasonable price I'm happy with and let it go!

John, I agree with you 100%! I had gotten away from auctions but went back to them last year with great results. I now list just about everything starting at auction. You really never know....I had (what I thought was) a $5.00 card go for $26.00 recently because the buyer's grandmother wrote the card to his aunt. I also think the auctions drive more customers to your store. Thanks for sharing! Shirley
