When my son was young I was chronically sleep deprived and it has just gotten worse over time. I can fall asleep any time anywhere. But I wake up every hour or so. I’ve been an independent contractor since 2018 and I work from home. I regularly work until 2 am and just sleep until I am ready to get up. I really hate waking up to an alarm. I’m not sure I could do that to myself again.
I had chronic tonsillitis for years. At 23, I finally got a tonsillectomy. A few years later, my wisdom teeth became impacted. I waited a year because I was terrified to get them removed (I also had heard horror stories). Both surgeries were among the best decisions of my life. Seriously, the surgery recovery was so much better than the irritation and constant pain of living with both conditions.
Hope you get well and feel better soon Yana. It must be a struggle at times being a business owner, full time mom and a content creator. Health is Wealth and all we can do is take it one day at a time and try our best to not spread ourselves too thin although always easier said than done.

Just some asumtion as I have had similar issues...Tonsils are close to the wisdom teeth so inflammation in them can affect the wisdom teeth and vice versa. Wisdom teeth are difficult to clean properly because of where they are located and often small particles of food can get stuck there, grow bacteria and provoke inflammation of the gums around the tooth. On the other hand, chronic sleep deprivation can also affect the wisdoms. It is good to check with a dentist and/or doctor.

Poor you! I hope you feel better soon! If it helps, I had 8 teeth removed at one go (4 wisdom teeth, 3 premolars, 1 molar) and it didn’t really hurt after. It was a bit uncomfortable (the stitches) but I didn’t have to take any painkillers.

Don’t be scared about your wisdom teeth coming out! Super easy and painless experience for most (me included) and I even had a couple difficult ones and I was good to go after about 36 hours. Maybe less really. No swelling at all. You’ll be fine and be so glad to get it over with.

Trying a specific diet to reduce inflammation (google it)? Drinking hot water and freshly squeezed lemon first thing that you consume in the morning before breakfast or coffee - to flush liver and flush toxins? Just suggestions anyway. I don't know if you got your wisdom teeth out yet, but it was such a breeze for me! I'm not very lucky health wise and I struggle with physical discomfort a lot because of chronic depression, but I didn't even need painkillers after I got my wisdom tooth removed. I did take one or two for the second one, but it was a much more complicated and longer surgery because they had to basically take the tooth out by fragments and my mouth is pretty small. And even then, just one/two painkillers that afternoon. The swelling wasn't even noticeable after the first one and was minor after the second one. Not painful at all, the only problem I had was occasional bleeding even after several days, and that only happened because I was physically active. You really gotta rest and let the blood clot so the gum heals.
Having babies drains us so much! My wisdom teeth hurt me a lot during the early years of baby rearing, but it got better and I didn't need to take them out in the end. I would say your lack of sleep and stress is taking its toll on your immune system/body. I have the exact same thing with the sleep. I always wake up before my alarm clock. A remedy for the throat … lemon tea made from fresh lemon peels and add a tablespoon of raw honey.
Don't worry about the tonsilitis thing - they might ask you to get it out, and if you have problems doing it you can maintain your tonsils health. Basically, it can be your diet , and some things you want to look out for are - *Dairy products *Chia seeds *Cold drinks *Gut health If you have any acidity problems, this could be also an issue. Basically, taking out or not taking out tonsils is always two options. It was happening with me for 7-8 months, and only for like a month now I'm doing alright. Still it sometimes flares up, basically your tonsils act like filters which can get overwhelmed of filtering process.

Wisdom teeth removal isn’t as bad as people make it sound! Get some oral syringes with a curved tip so you can gently wash the area out after you eat. Game changer!
I have the same situation with my wisdom teeth, and especially the bottom left one that feels like is growing into my cheek. A 3D panoramic scan of the jaw has shown that a nerve is going around that tooth in an unspecific way and I have given up on the idea of extracting it for now as I know some people personally who have done that and, although most of them had no consequences, others did and they now have a facial nerve palsy, drooling, mouth drooping, Frey's syndrome and the like. I'd suggest a 3D jaw scan before wisdom teeth extraction, just to be on the safe side. Love your videos 🌷 All the best 🌷

I bought the Banana Republic perfume based your your recommendation. I didn’t think I liked it, but I watched this and went to grab it and I love it! It smells so sophisticated and complex. Perfect for summer! It’s front and center now. Maybe it was the wrong time of year for it.
I would suggest you might try a few drops of mild red wine vinegar. It was on a salad I ate and suddenly my tonsils felt a lot better.. I went and bought a mild one, many are too strong.
Oh, no worrys, get them remowed ❤ It’s painful 1-2 days and you need to relax afterwards.. But sooo nessesary😅 and a relief!! But who loves the dentist.. 😵💫

Aww you need rest! Try to sleep when baby sleeps…my kid had to have his tonsils removed and omg wisdom teeth I waited too long til I was 32 ehh ha it will all be ok. But def sleep when baby sleeps! That’s the one bit advice I followed ha and it helped ( I like to wake up really early with my coffee and the sunrise )

This is not a cure, but chopping up some fresh ginger and adding to a cup of tea might help with your discomfort from the tonsillitis as it has antiseptic properties. Try not to worry too much about the wisdom teeth horror stories. I had mine removed and it wasn't that bad. Everyone is different. I bought the Banana Republic perfume based your your recommendation. I didn’t think I liked it, but I watched this and went to grab it and I love it! It smells so sophisticated and complex. Perfect for summer! It’s front and center now. Maybe it was the wrong time of year for it.

I would suggest you might try a few drops of mild red wine vinegar. It was on a salad I ate and suddenly my tonsils felt a lot better.. I went and bought a mild one, many are too strong.

Aww you need rest! Try to sleep when baby sleeps…my kid had to have his tonsils removed and omg wisdom teeth I waited too long til I was 32 ehh ha it will all be ok. But def sleep when baby sleeps! That’s the one bit advice I followed ha and it helped ( I like to wake up really early with my coffee and the sunrise )
I wish I could but my brain just won't let me sleep when it's light out; plus it's the only time I get to work! 😆

Yana- don’t worry about wisdom teeth removal. You will be fine. I had all 4 removed at once and it wasn’t that bad at all.

Drink pineapple juice maybe for a few days before? Someone told me it really helps with bleeding and I can’t prove it but I did that and I sure didn’t bleed much.
The sore throat and swollen tonsils could be related to the wisdom teeth, the inflammation affects the area. You should drink plenty of water.

The wisdom teeth "help" the tonsillitis. Once you remove them the throat will resolve much quicker.

Of your list I’ve only tried 2. Blanche is very nice very likable clean scent. I don’t need a bottle but I like it. And aerin amber musk which is such a good muted smell. I do love it tho it doesn’t have much lasting power. I will eventually get a full bottle. I’m working of a travel size now.

Off the top of my head (not including dupes) there is Nino Amaddeo La Vie Revee. It's still niche but more affordable and really beautiful

There's an affordable scent you can find on Amazon called Nemat amber oil. It's not super strong but very affordable and similarly cozy 😊

Btw definitely make the wisdom teeth a priority. Mine grew in when I was on a trip to Turkey. The worst pain ever and they completely messed up my front teeth that ended up getting adult braces. I don’t want to scare you but don’t go through that. Your voice is always pleasant to listen too 😊

Try not to worry too much about the wisdom teeth horror stories. I had mine removed and it wasn't that bad. Everyone is different. Maybe the wisdom teeth and the sore throat are a joined issue,, just a thought ,, also I feel if you rolled out of bed, no makeup, wearing a rubbish bag and filmed, you would still look incredible 😊😊😊
