There's post all over the Internet that say these bearing buddies do nothing but keep dusting water out they do not repack your bearings? And it makes sense cuz in order to repack your bearings the old bearing grease has to leave? Meaning the old bearing Grease needs to come off at the bearing before it can read packet self no? So these things ain't nothing but an oversized dust cover an expensive one at that?
Bearing buddies are crap , if you want proper bearing protection just service your hubs and bearings annually or install Dura Hub oil filled bearing protectors , really good especially for boat trailers.
see thats what people dont see about the bearing buddy, how is the grease getting passed the washer behind the castle nut and into the bearings?
