I always had trouble with yuj and majuj, to a new convert it can sound like a fairy tale or legend. But I read a comment kn youtube that said "if Allah wants a people to be hidden, then there's not a person alive who can find them, even if they have google maps etc. So I trust Allah and the quran and trust Allah has hidden this knowledge from us. Best not to overthink it. Someone has argued they may be in another dimension and Allah knows best.
This is the best way to think of it! Allah سبحانه و تعالى is not limited in his capabilities and if he chooses he can hide a whole army even from the most technologically advanced civilisations. :)

my opinion: yajuj and majuj were ordinary people, who caused trouble on earth, and are dead now. The wall happened and is now demolished (I spend hours looking for it on google maps) and they're all dead. And they will be resurrected like everybody else on the day of judgement. the only verse concerning their release is 21:96. But if you read 21:95-97 you understand Allah is talking about the day of Judgement. And all the hadiths mentioning them are not to be taken into consideration. Wallahu a'lam

One can make a textual, physical or scientific comparison between the texts to prove that the two tribes prophecy is a forgery of the earlier genuine scripture.
Manuscripts of Ezekiel were also found among the Dead Sea scrolls which are dated 300 years before Jesus and confirm the present contents of the book of Ezekiel as genuine.

I came to a conclusion for myself that well jinn are hidden and we can't detect them even with technology. So the same thing is with juj and majuj. Maybe they are in another dimension and the wall is something that keeps that dimetion(s) from opening... we're living in a 11-dimentional world according to the M-theory after all.

The last statement is awesome when he says to focus more on the lesson of gog magog that we should be stay away from corruption or evils rather focussing on the mythological dimensions of it. the name of gog is mentioned in Ezekiel38.3-6 and the son of that gog is mentioned by name in Gensis10.1-5. notice the names who is who and who today. it is strictly forbidden and censored to name the names and i probably already said to much.

According to the prophecy of Revelations 13, Satan (the Dragon) will claim to be God through the visible Antichrist/1st Beast who will be supported by a False Prophet performing miracles. Scripture refers to the Antichrist as the "SON OF PERDITION " [2 Thessalonians 2:3]. The Antichrist will be indwelt by Satan. He will be the visible manifestation of Satan.

What do the hadiths say Allah, the Mahdi and Prophet Isa will do in the end times?

The Quran [4:171] makes a mockery of the trinity of the true God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob but in the realm of possibility and deception, if Islamic eschatology is fulfilled, this trinity (described in Revelations 13) will be:

In the last 7 years, Satan (the dragon) will command the whole world to worship him through the 1st beast (the visible image of the invisible Satan)
In Islam, the Mahdi will be the Major Sign of the HOUR. In the last 7 years he will be the visible image of the invisible Allah on earth just like Christ, as the Son of God, is the 'visible image of the invisible God' [Colossians 1:15] .
The DRAGON will give the 1st Beast (Antichrist) 'his power, and his seat, and great authority' [Rev13:2] , by giving him the backing of a 10 nation confederacy. (written 500 years before the Qur'an and 750 years before the collection of the hadiths). It's not surprising considering that Muhammad or his companions couldn't come up with their own eschatology.

Mutawatir means mass transmitted which has 0 room for error and so is certain. This is accepted in our tradition by all scholars, although many common people dont know this

Christaninty basis of who God is dosen't make any sesen. Gog and magog can still be here and we don't see them just like jin,devil and angeles are here and we can't see them.
The wall of Gog and magog can be hidden like angles,jins and devils. You don't have to see them physically with naked eyes. This makes sense. But christanity will never make sense. Trinity is source of confusion.

Not just the giant metal wall to contain the swarming nations of Yajuj and Majuj, but also his extraordinary journeys to the setting place and rising place of the sun. What comes close to that in the Bible?
The Romance of Alexander closest to the Quranic version is not pagan myth but Judeo-Christian legend that liked to imagine the (quite probably pagan) great conqueror as a monotheist.
Muslims may like to point out the Quran doesn't say Alexander did this or that, and uses an ambiguous title. There are varying interpretations of who Dhul Qarnayn is. But in different places the idea it is Iskander, and further that Iskander was a Muslim, definitely exists.
Modern west is Gog and Magog! Surah kahf locates them to north of caucuses mountain. If you read some history British and Scandinavians were originally central Asians

Gogs and Magogs aren't giants in human forms but ordinary size humans with biggest bucks in their pockets. If I ever get proven wrong, may God forgive me for I am nothing without Him. This is how the book of Revelations gives an insight into the ONENESS of this trinity:

In the bible, the Holy Spirit gives glory to the Son and is referred to as the Helper. Isa will give glory to the Mahdi and HELP the Mahdi. According to the hadiths, when Isa returns to the earth, close to the white minaret east of Damascus before Fajr time, the Mahdī and others will ask him to lead them in prayer but he will refuse saying, 'Your Imām (the Mahdi) should lead,as a grace from Allāh.” "... he (Isa) will accede to the authority of the Khalīfah at the time, the Mahdī."
In the last 7 years, Satan (the dragon) will command the whole world to worship him through the 1st beast (the visible image of the invisible Satan)
In Islam, the Mahdi will be the Major Sign of the HOUR. In the last 7 years he will be the visible image of the invisible Allah on earth just like Christ, as the Son of God, is the 'visible image of the invisible God' [Colossians 1:15] .
The DRAGON will give the 1st Beast (Antichrist) 'his power, and his seat, and great authority' [Rev13:2] , by giving him the backing of a 10 nation confederacy. I fear for the Shaykh. He's attitude towards Hadith was alarming. When a Hadith is mutawatir it is to be believed upon without doubt and the ahadith about yajuj and majuj are mutawatir.

brother do some researches about kaab al ahbar in books of ´ilal and books of history and you will understand a lot of things. and search on some sahabas reported things they didn’t actually witness or hear from Prophet sws and everything will be clear.

Remember the context of the story written in the Quran is when Jews instruct members of quraysh tribe to ask this of Muhammad to determine that he really is prophet of Allah . It seems legit to ask why would a body of truth as the Quran repeat this story? Is there any historical backing to this as if it actually happened and not myth?

There are many theories on who Dhul Qarnayn was. The correct belief is that Allahu Alim. But, he was not pagan Alexander.

1. Magog was a descendant of Noah's son Japheth Genesis 10:2. Some of the names of Japheth's sons may suggest peoples in modern day Turkey.
2. Gog is the prince of the land of Magog in Ezekiel 38, prophecy of the end times.
