I use my mini food processor for everything. Shreds chicken, beef pork etc. Quick work for most veg. Especially onion…and no tears!!! You can control the amount of pulses to get as large/small as you want. Great for someone with arthritis in their hands like me. Protein rich soup is perfect when you’re feeling lousy. The soup, chicken salad and tacos sound delish. My mom made chicken salad very similar. Always with leftover chicken from a Sunday dinner. I do too, but add chopped celery. Gonna save the taco recipe to try.
I would love to see what you are able to eat on keto in Japan. That is one of my places on my bucket list I really want to go. Have a great time hopefully you feel better

Skunk Off shampoo! My dog got sprayed and we tried literally EVERYTHING! Called the vet and they recommended this. It worked in one bath! Maybe give it a try.
Wash the dog in tomato juice or vinegar

I got it from the thrift store! It’s by a brand called one September Anthropologie, there’s many on eBay for cheap if you search the brand and open cardigan 🤗🤗
