It is difficult for complete beginners. We need simple phrases and examples. The Girls are speaking too fast
As someone who has learned a few languages, I would like to give you some advice in the event that you are serious about learning Arabic. In the beginning, you are not going to be understanding anything, and it can be really overwhelming. However, it may actually be faster and easier to learn when you are listening to natural normal pace language. The hardest part though is getting enough exposure to the sound of the language to start to pick it up, and in the beginning you have to spend a lot of time before you start seeing results. But I promise, with enough exposure, your brain will start to pickup on patterns and you will begin to understand. Going from English - Arabic (assuming having not learned any other language before), if you spend about an hour every day listening to audio (in the car, doing chores, anytime) you will begin to have a noticeable difference in your comprehension in about 3-6 months. What’s more, if you continue watching these videos, adding some additional training like pimselur and listening to music, and you make sure that above all you are consistent, I can guarantee that you will be able to handle a set of basic conversations (or even more) in just about a year. Now keep in mind, I am not talking about fluency, but after the initial phase of input, you will see surprising improvement that will help motivate you as the learning rate slows. Officially, learning Arabic takes over 2000 hours (1h/d for 6 years), but as with every language, basic comprehension and speaking skill can make an otherwise difficult, long process much more relaxing and enjoyable, though admittedly, likely not any shorter. The key, that I have found, as with many others online, is using the internet to integrate your target language into your every day life. You can find lots of information online about this. I recommend looking here for tips (youtube channels): Mimic Method and Richard Simcott Luca Lampariello, are all great.
You are exactly right. Great advice! @@lukafriedrich7929
