Not necessarily. In his case yes. I used to sell Internet door to door and I would want to reinsure the customer just because it is coon for people to get scammed. But we were selling legit Kinetic by Windstream internet. And it was fiber based, faster than anything spectrum can do and was less expensive plus came with 3 months free and require no money upfront.
