Great post. Thank you! And such a beautiful bike! I sold a BMWR1200R sport touring bike because I found myself riding it less and less. The reason: boring. I had no feel for the road on it. Then I tried and bought a 2018 T120 and can’t stay off it. OMG it’s fun to ride and as much fun to look at. So far, just some badges and Metzler tires added but next year I’m upgrading the suspension. I couldn’t be happier with the bike and although it’s no racer, it’s a lot of fun accelerating through the gears without having to shift too soon all the time. The torque is great.
They're all beautiful. You got a nice looking bike! The Indian bobber led me to the Triumph bobber, which pointed to the T120, which ultimately landed me on the Thruxton 😅

The Speed Twin will handle much better, especially the 2022 models with the upside-down fork. I bought the T120 as well, and even with tons of mods I wish I would have bought the Speed twin.
I do like the speed twin, it's the lightest of the group it handles the best and if you flip the bar risers you can move the handlebar forward by quite a bit giving it a more aggressive writing position. I would love to have one in the stable.
Interesting arguments. It was a hard choice but I went for the T120 because I wanted a Gentleman's Ride. Thanks for sharing.
I went the T120 and have done similar mods. My heart has always been with the Thruxton but just don’t think I would be as comfortable on it!

They sure look better with the polished aluminum and chrome rims. Most of them don't have that, anymore.
Damn, wanted to hear the pipes
