Decades ago when I visited the beautiful Forrests of Canda they have huge (animal) overpasses every few miles. In addition to 6 foot fencing that kept their precious Wildlife safe. The fencing would funnel these magnificent creatures to the overpass. Kept both People and Animals safe. Few accidents involving Wildlife and Motorists. Intelligent and humane way to deal potential Accidents.
Oh, so you know the Forrests of Canada! Lovely couple, the Forrests.
I am so excited about this amazing collaboration to help the wild animals increase their territories & prevent inbreeding of species & to eliminate a lot of wrecks on the roads carefully planned by so many agencies & programs & fund raisers to bring this about! Thank you All
Wow! What a simple and smart idea that protects both people and nature! I read an article saying these bridges even help protect biodiversity by facilitating migrations!
Helping the wolves spread.
