So true! Also to whoever uses a repricer, do not undercut everyone who matches your price. Doesn't matter if it's by a penny or a dollar. I've seen sellers get competitive and an item goes from $20 to $6 in 24 hours. Share the buybox = make $

So valuable! I always thought lowest price got the buy box. I had no clue all those other factors came into play!
New sellers that try to lowball just are loosing profit. Extremely aggravating. Even professionals should hold the line. Amazon rotates the buy box. I send items in that Amazon sells and no other FBA. I have been $5 higher and still get the buy box in rotations. Maybe 50 to 1 but I do get the box. Selling less than 60days with over 6k in sales. 👍🏼🤠
Finally someone that actually has a following talks about price gouging on amazon, you should also bring up hijacker that can take over your post and even change descriptions in your listing to bring the listing down. I love your hustle keep it up!

A lot of people on construction trades are the same. A race to the bottom and unfortunately they are not fiscally smart enough To see they are selling something for less than FBA fees. I’ve seen people that would loose money if they got the item for free.

Been pricing $0.01 above the buy box, all other things being equal, as to not trigger the race to the bottom from repricers. So far so good
Are you getting sales? What is the max you drop your price, 30% ROI or you go lower as well when dropping?
Hey Nikki! I love your videos! Just signed up for an Amazon seller account and contemplating some of your ungating guides once I get going. I’m a little nervous that the Amazon seller market may be getting quite saturated but as a stay at home mom I thought this would be perfect for me to make a little extra income if it’s still viable. Do you feel like it still makes sense for people to be signing up as sellers with Amazon? Or are there too many?

What would recommend dropping your price to the max? Would be 30% ROI and you won’t sell anything lower than that or you will sell at 10-20% ROI or breakeven?

How do you see the inventory that other sellers have?
Go to the amazon app not seller, and look for the item and the seller, them add the product to your cart. Where it say quantity put 100 and they will tell you how many inventory they have.

Couldn't you buy from Ricky at $9.99 and resell it on fba for a profit
This only works if you are buying from Amazon only. If you buy from Ricky and then you get an IP complaint you won’t have an invoice/receipt for where Ricky purchased the product to prove it’s not counterfeit. You won’t have a perfect chain of custody which could get your account suspended.

This is a great advice. I just send in my items and followed your advice. I wanted to check when we send in an fba and have multiple items and they get divided to different locations how do you make sure they are all going in one box to one location?
