Also Marv Albert and Matt Goukas and little stooges like Peter Vescey and Jim Gray would go ask annoying questions to the losers after every big game as well. LOL!

5:38 I remember an interview I seen with Billy Corgan talked about Dennis Rodman, he said he’d wait to hangout with Rodman after games and after every game before he left, he’d spend about an hour in the weight room lifting. He’d have his friends that was waiting for him like this all the time because that was his post game regime.

There was nothing like the 1990s NBA on NBA- the title card theme music, transition music, the graphics and the voice of Marv Albert and OBVIOUSLY the supreme sideline voice and presence of Ahmad Rashad!! His pregame live stand ups stage setters and his postgame live on court interviews with MJ and Pippen were extraordinary in so much not only for key reaction but for the amusing expressions Jordan would give Ahmad- with Ahmad appearing as if he was going to bust out laughing!! 😂🤣Yes- those were truly the days!!!

Early 90s basketball. NBA on NBC music intro. Playoff Triple headers on the weekends. Sonics vs suns. Rockets vs nuggets. Bulls vs pacers etc.
And my man Ahmad Rashad on Saturday mornings. NBA inside stuff. It didn’t get any better.

Mr Rashad Is a former alumni of my high school. I had the privilege of being able to walk in the same halls as this gentleman. The former high school is no longer standing it is now the side of a brand new middle school that opened several years ago. It is also now the home of a new boys and girls club. The former football field on which he Played now serves the community as a multi-purpose field. While attending the new Mount Tahoma I came across this picture in our main hallway of the school I have always been fixated on that photo and him. Since high school I have occasionally heard of his success.
Today his ex wife became the dean of Howard University and I got to thinking of him and so I started finding videos to see what he’s been up to. As a former alumni myself I am not only thankful that I am also privileged to have walked the same hallways as this great man. I hope one day I can make a mark on his community in this world as he has also done
