20191014 Green River sunset flight

- Our party of 4 trikes and one airplane had landed at Mineral Canyon Airstrip the day before. This morning we took off for an all day trip up the Green River, with a hop over to Mexican Mountain and south to Gobblin Valley and Hidden Splendor. On our way back we stopped at Huntington for gas for the trikes and food for our bellies. Then we headed east on the last leg of our trip back to Mineral Canyon. Our timing worked out perfectly as we arrived at the northern meander of the canyon a little before sunset and descended into the canyon.
The air still and cool as we slowly slid down into the canyon and settled in for a long cruise. About halfway down the canyon, I pulled behind my flying buddy, Paul and followed his trike for the rest of the flight. Unfortunately, I used up all the memory on the camera so I was not able to record the party of amazon boaters who mooned me about one minute after my camera stopped. Not to mention the twilight landing. This flight is definitely in my top 5, maybe my best ever. I did not want to want this flight to end. It was the highlight of an amazing trip with Paul, Bruno, Adrian, and Chet. More videos of that trip will slowly pop out over time.
I regenerated this video to remove the black borders. We can see more that way. The playback is at 150%, so any bumps are exaggerated by the speed up. I remember it as a perfect, calm dream flight. Is this video too long? Maybe, but realize I made this video for me so I can reexperience this amazing flight. -- Jeff

I have commented before on your amazing videos , I was the Aussie that attended the 2019 trike fly in at Joseph Oregon thanks to Toms invitation. I was reading your description of the trip and laughed about the guys mooning you.
It has happened to me also when I was flying my trike along a lake foreshore . I noticed your camera turning around or was it a 360 degree camera. Keep them coming and stay safe.
it was a crew of 7 or 8 women that mooned us. I was unaware of the event, as I was focusing on flying, but a friend flying above saw it and got photo. On our flight up the canyon in the morning, one girl from the group got me as I flew by. I didn't figure any of this out until I was back home.
