Haha I don't think your comment hits Patriots fans as hard as Jets fans. If you're a Patriots fan you can hang your hat on the 6 Super Bowls that the team won over a 20 year period. If you're a Jets' fan, what are you gonna say? "Well there WAS that moment in the sun, back in 1969."
If Rex gets the nod in 2025 I predict a surprisingly successful 10-7 season, ending with a loss in the divisional round, culminating in offseason termination over a foot fetish scandal.
I love how Rex is spouting off about the offense he would run and making use of all the receiving weapons. When he coached the Jets, it was all “ground and pound” and the QB’s were barely allowed to throw! I love Rex’s personality, but he should not be allowed to coach the Jets again.
I don’t like how Rex is politicking himself to be the Jets head coach, You’re supposed to be an analyst not giving a Job interview. This is not the first time he has been doing this. It started as soon as Saleh was fired. Coaching is supposed to be a fraternity, and this shows no respect to the man that has been thrown in there right now. Fans love to only talk about Rex’s first two years with the Jets when he was handed a good team that was built by Eric Mangini, but they forget the team got worst every year after. Rex left this team fired and the roster was trash and now he wants to comeback and get handed another good team. Also he is the type of coach that would run an antiquated offense because that’s what most old school defensive coaches do. He knew nothing about offense then and now he is just repeating what others around him are saying. I rather the Jets take the interm tag off of Coach Brick and roll into next year with him too.
@ I was never talking about this team coaching problems, we all know that’s an issue. I was talking about I don’t like Rex doing a on air interview for it. That’s disrespectful to Coach Brick who just took over. Rex knows better, that’s one of the unwritten rules in being in the NFL coaching fraternity. Then people try to act like he was a great coach, he was mid at best.
@@AnthonyXworld he doesn’t control what questions people ask him. Again if people are offended by him wanting to coach they just coach better not complain about Rex . He never had a good QB in any of his teams. He was a good coach .
If Favre came back for Rex's first year with The Jets... we would have gone to the SB...
Please bring Rex back
Should be exciting finish for Jets and Patriots fans to see who finishes in last place. Aaron Rogers sure made a big difference!

I would give Rex the Head coaching job in a heartbeat 8:00PM
That would be a successful season
Good ole Rex got teeth so white they are almost blue!
Chicklets aren't they!

Successful season
Eh he actually would get fired for not winning a game. His blindingly white fake teeth caught the sun and made Aaron Rodgers blind
Who wouldn’t with the kind of buy outs that coaches get when they are fired
Last week he said the Ravens were the best team in the NFL.He said they're better than the Chiefs😮😮😮
Jets were favored cause of how injured Houston was & they were on the road on a Thur
Please, no.
Imo, A.Glenn, L.Coles or W.Cherbet would be a good candidate if they decide to move in from Ulbrich.
Its not the coaching. Its the protection. One of the worst O lines in the NFL.
Why would they offer it?

They ran because he had the best offensive line in football
Agreed, but I still don’t want Rex back as head coach at this point.
He had Sanchez u weren't throwing it either

No. If the jets were a decently coached team then there would be no issue. Thats the problem, Not Rex pointing it out. This is reality
