Do you think La Romana is better than Punta Cana for short term rentals? My girl is domincan and we're looking to buy one
Punta Cana is the safer bet in my opinion for now. It’s very popular. La romana is still developing. In casa de campo the entry point is very high.
I plan on investing in the major cities. Santiago, Santo Domingo, Samana. Places with a little more traffic.
If your heart is set on la romana, then look at Bahia principe. They’re developing a lot of small condo sections within their complex like Playa nueva romana.
And my bad. I hope I wasn’t rude either the Casa de campo comment and the high entry point. I don’t know how much you can afford. I meant it more like you can get something of great quality for 25-50% less of the cost to buy something in casa de campo.
