Thanks for this video, as someone who doesn't have much time to dive fully into the settings this was a quick fix and I've been able to play it smoothly since trying out your settings. Judging by the muppet above who clearly knows what everyone wants when it comes to playing games still lives in his mummy's basement and has plenty of time to get the perfect settings good for him! But if you do find better settings that work i look forward to an updated video keep up the great work beard!

there is something wrong with your pc. my pc reaches over 80 fps with maximum settings in this game at 1080p at rtx 4060. watch the video of the digital foundry. you just need to put the textures and shadows in medium.
@vilgax3681 like I've said in previous replies to other comments regarding this, that video didn't work for myself, this is video was aimed at the less tech savvy people who just want to play the game, I've had plenty of advice given to try out, and if I play it again I will be trying out all those suggestions and updating this video. @@Bearded_Egg_Games Yeah something doesn't look right with your setup. I have a 4060 and a weaker CPU than you and I'm getting way better performance than that with nearly everything set at high/ultra.

Sorry, but your settings are completely stupid 🤦🏻 Using dynamic software resolution scaling instead of DLSS?! You can get much better image quality with 60 FPS on RTX 4060...
Say what you want mate, but these settings worked for me when every other source I tried failed, if you have a better build head on over to discord and send me a message but saying my settings are completely stupid when they made the game playable for me is a silly remark to make.
And where did I say anything about image quality? It's making it playable for those who ain't tech savvy so yeah again if you have a better build for the what I'm running by all means send me a message on discord with your 50pence and I'll try it and update this video if I need to
@@Bearded_Egg_Games I have RTX 4060 and VERY old CPU (i7 4790) and I'm getting 60 FPS on much higher settings using DLSS instead of software dynamic resolution scaling. DLSS will always be better than that. Also, first set overall graphics quality on supreme, restart game, then set textures to low and hair quality to low. Everything else can be maxed out. Disable dynamic resolution scaling and use DLSS.
@DaVaii I'll give it a go, but what have you got set in the nvidia control panel or you running that all on default? I appreciate all comments and suggestions
WUT WAIT? You did ENABLE HARDWARE GPU acceleration in the windows Display Adapter right? 71FPS seems low for the MAX FPS ...... I have the Gigabyte 4060 With WinHard GPU Accel enabled. Then I went into VIDEO on INDY and changed all to MEDIUM, DLSS to ENABLE Frame Generation and I get 100-120 FPS . Have you been to pyramid of Gaza in this game yet?
