Huge influence on me when I started playing in the early 70s Free Live I practically wore out playing to Great stuff 👍 Yes cause I haven't heard a lot of this later stuff after the first BSC album
I think you did a great job with the video on this beautiful song. It is my all time favorite song by Back Street Crawler. The vocals and guitar work are excellent
Not heard this for a while. Such a fine song, beautifully sung by Terry Slesser with that haunting Kossoff guitar. When I bought all the Free and Kossoff albums in the early 1980's, this was the hardest one to find as it was deleted quite soon after it was released. Took me about three years to find a copy!
Thank you sooo much for writing down the lyrics!!!! I adore this song so much, it's so haunting and mysterious to me, but I didn't find a lot about it on the internet.... English isn't my native so I somehow had trouble with realizing what he sung in the Refrain.. now it's obvious (lol) and even better... thank you

Today’s players, although technically proficient, do not seem to have styles that only belong to them. Paul was a brilliant guitarist who, like Jeff Beck had this talent. No one could of still can copy them totally.
