Former Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh receives a four-year show cause with a one-season suspension, if he were to return to college football, for NCAA recruiting violations during the COVID-19 dead period and failure to cooperate with the investigation.
This is separate from the alleged and ongoing Michigan sign stealing investigation.
