    This is my go to morning routine during my 800 bike ride from Munich to Rome. It’s really keeping every well stretched and stopping any problems with the hip pain Inused to get. Thank you great video. 😊😊

      We would recommend it! Some people find it useful for recovery to stretch and release tension in the muscles that we use while riding.
