I was jus there off the advantage promo man it was amazing. People was super nice and so much to do. Water park for the kids, well I think I enjoyed it more that them. Food was amazing, my wife was planning another trip before we left lol

i would say to just wear the mask everywhere except your room , the whole covid thing in mexico is pretty strict and pretty bad in comparison to the US. Other than that enjoy your stay there , i went there in 2014 and by far it’s the best hotel i’ve ever stayed at in my life

I went there this February and i couldn’t take off my mask inside the hotel, only at my bedroom
