    Probation for that?
    Are you kidding me?
Why even put the public in danger during a chase if they just let them out?

Off topic a bit: this narrator is better than many. He imparts a level of gravity without over dramatization. Others go so far as to sound exploitative which isn't good. Edit: Ditto the music. Just enough.

I didn't pay a speeding ticket ended up getting my license revoked and put in the Hennepin County workhouse for 3 months.... and these jackasses shoot at somebody and get probation. I think I'll go back and sue Hennepin County

Wait a second, the justice system is working on to keep the crime rate high?
At least they should provide the opportunity to bet on that after the release they suddenly will became decent citizens or not.
At the bare minimum they should pay for the damages, costs involved with the criminal activity before even think about releasing them into public again.

Anyone actually surprised/shocked at plea deal? I'm sure the victim or any one else at risk in that community had any say either. Justice system is too politisized. DA making career move choices instead of doing what is best for society.

What's the point of putting the police at high risk when the bad guy is going to walk free? If I was a cop, I wouldn't waste my time. I would just give out traffic tickets all day.

From my perspective looking from the outside, MN is such a beautiful state with such horribly evil influences on laws and society. Prayers to the officers who risk it all with little to no support and the good citizens who have to deal with the evil bs on the daily.
