- During normal patrol, Minneapolis officers saw this driver shooting at people. Officers immediately gave chase, pursuing the driver across the metro and taking him into custody. Surprisingly, the suspect served only probation.

What makes me absolutely furious about these videos is that the police officer literally put his life on the line to apprehend a driver who broke at least 20 motor vehicle laws and put countless lives in danger only to get PROBATION?!? WTH is wrong with your judicial system?

DA’s can make recommendations but the judge has the final say. I’ve seen it happen in other cases, not as often as it should and maybe not in Minnesota but it does happen. I’m not from there so I don’t know if DA’s are appointed or elected. Either way, the buck stops somewhere before her. 👎🤨😡

As many have said below, what does this sentence teach him, .... that he can go out and do it again tomorrow. Even that cutting into the parking lot, no one is expecting a car to come out of there but it does not look like the first time he has done that.

I didn't pay a speeding ticket ended up getting my license revoked and put in the Hennepin County workhouse for 3 months.... and these jackasses shoot at somebody and get probation. I think I'll go back and sue Hennepin County
