Andre 'Mr. Rhythm' Williams has one of the most distinguished careers in R&B. In 1955, he signed to Detroit's Fortune Records label and became the lead singer of a group called The Five Dollars. In 1957, Andre Williams and The Don Juans scored a #9 Billboard hit with Bacon Fat followed by his soul classic, Jail Bait. He's written and produced hits for Stevie Wonder, The Contours, Edwin Starr, Parliament/Funkadelic and Ike &Tina Turner. Andre's highly acclaimed new album, That's All I Need, was produced in Detroit by the great Matthew Smith.
