The ONE video! Here in the same situation, one side won't lock and having a meltdown trying to figure out why. (And why it can't be repaired.) Tinkerer syndrome? :-) My question for you is: did yours EVER work? Mine did for quite a long time and now malfunctions. So, obviously, no way to return and exchange. Any other suggestions?
