Hi please help, I was bending over the cot and one side unlocked, I'm now struggling to lock it again, not sure if middle was not locked maybe that's why it happened but hoping I havnt broke it

@@ArvinDaddy They absolutely love it! I put puppy pee pads down, then some bedding. I'd send you a pic if I could on here. It's perfect as I have to keep them inside until they fully feather before I can put them out in the coop... this is so much easier to keep clean! I bought 6 pullets that are about a week old from Atwoods today. 😎 Again.. God bless you!

wish I had thought of this first! I even ripped the seams out of the sides to get a look at the locking mechanism. Called the company and sent them a message. No response. You are an angel.....
I bought one of these second hand and had the worst time trying to break it down to get it in the car. Ended up doing a half-assed job just in order to get it home and was almost convinced it was broken. I can't believe this was so hard to figure out - thank you so, so much for this video!

THANK YOU!! I was fighting with this darn thing for a half hour. In case anyone has the same problem I had: the bottom must be COLLAPSED for the side rails to lock!! They will not lock if the bottom is already flattened and locked 😫🤦♀

Thank you for these very clear instructions. I had misplaced the instructions and couldn’t figure out how to completely unlock the long sides. Your explanation that there are TWO sides to each lock was really important. My playpen was under the brand name Livingbasics Portable Baby Playard but it is essentially identical.

Thanks you so much!!!! My husband and I were trying to collapse the cot, which is for our grandchild, and couldn't get the sides to fully collapse. It was your diagram and tip about there being 2 locks at each lock site that made all the difference. I can now assemble and disassemble the cot as needed.

Thank god for your video. I spent 30 mins trying to get the sides to lock for a customer. The trick of leaving the bottom unlocked first solved it right away 🙏

Thank you for this. My problem is the bottom doesn’t lock in place. Just when I think it’s locked it started to lean to one side. How do I get the bottom to lock automatically like yours??

@@ArvinDaddy yes first the sides then I push the bottom down. But I don’t get that automatic click like you but it seems stable. Then after a while I notice it leaning. When I checked the bottom is is starting to lift up again as if it was not locked.
@@SweetestNya what a headache! What does the handle do? Does it turn when you push it down like 1:01?
@@ArvinDaddy no it does nothing at all.
@@SweetestNya I suggest after locking the sides, push down the center and manually turn the handle, see if it helps
