Tate remains confined in Romania after being accused of human trafficking. Our CPS system in this country is absolutely disgusting the amount of cases Police have done a good job of collecting evidence and then CPS say no they won't prosecute. No wonder victims don't come forward when CPS do this. 😡

The CPS's rules state there has to be a realistic prospect of conviction. But instead of it being put to a jury, a lawyer decides what will win in court. Terrible rules, applied strictly.

It wwasn't until his release from a Romanian prison that he became a "devout Muslim" and some who who's now trying to create the narrative that these Webcam rooms were decades old. He was bragging about doing this as recently as 2021

The irony is that Tate went to Romania because he thought they were more lenient with investigating and prosecuting R-crimes, as well as it being easier to bribe the judicial system... turns out he would have been MUCH better off just staying in the UK!
To be fair, Romania has been a hub for sextrafficking and webcamming in general.
Romania has been trying to combat this most likely because being seen as a corrupt country is not favourable economically. They have been investing a lot recently in combatting these issues which is why their conviction rate for sextraffickers have been rampant recently.
Pretty sure they saw a conviction rate of sextraffickers with a 100% in 2021 and then another 100% in 2022, sentencing 200+ last year alone.

Even the voice notes paint a one sided picture instead of a full picture. What are the women saying. What are the women doing? If there’s concrete evidence that proves he’s guilty then he should face consequences but the way these cases are brought before us is very one sided and without context.

There is a case in Sweden last year, a 50 year old graped a 10 year old girl. The court said there was an overwhelming amount of evidence but the jury was undecided about the definition of the word ”vagina” and how deep the 50 year old went, so he was freed.

In the case of the 10 year old it sounds like that’s what happened however in tates case we are not talking about children we are talking about grown adult women. Women who I’m 99% sure were not forced into his presence or expensive sports car or his mansion. It’s very likely they did so on their own free will. Take some accountability.
The justice system slips up both ways and men are falsely convicted of these types of accusations a lot.

Ton of evidence and almost all supplied by Tate himself voluntarily. He's going to prison for a long time.
They actually had a lot of evidence at the time. What collapsed the case was the 2 girls having a conversation about if they should tell people how much they drank when it happened. Basically, they were worried if they admitted their level of being drunk then people would use that against them and not believe them. So they had that discussion and, unfortunately, that got seen as them engaging in collaboration in a story. It was only about being scared to be believed and the stigma of them being g drunk. But it collapsed their otherwise strong case.
If the 🇬🇧 victims had strong evidence, they would've had strong attorneys. But what we have here is mediocre lawyers looking to score a few bucks. One of them, the one on the right, is actually quite pathetic.
And they know deep down in their conscious that the Tate's will eventually financially destroy them once the civil case is thrown out with the trash just like Emma Gabbeys lies...

You're confused. The voice recordings are way before deep fake was a thing. They were also way before you would have ever known who Andrew Tate even was! They were submitted with the girls evidence to the police at the time and they are very much legit.

But it very often actually is a strong case when things match and victims are not previously known to one another. Often men are also not accused multiple times by multiple different men or women (unknown to each other) for a crime they didn't do.

She actually went to the police,it's not as though she's come out now and made the claim,she made the claim 10yrs ago,he was arrested and charges dropped because CPS wouldn't take it to court.but the police wanted it to go to court.
