Is there any way to get in contact with Dr. Judy Ho or any professional for an online session where our real life issues can be be taken into consideration as per our life experiences.
Or our queries about life experiences.
Because sometimes we feel that we have accepted and overcome our all worst situations but our symptoms(pointed in your videos)/cases/life choices/mind doesn't say that we have overcomed and accepted.

These videos are very educational. My conclusion is that hypnotherapy is a subset of traditional therapy but being packaged in an ‘alternative’ way. The downside of hypnotherapy is that people who do hypnosis do not have a well-rounded understanding of the psychosocial side of human life. The clients got better merely because they really wanted to. As can be seen from this video series, Dr Ramani was able to articulate exactly how Grace helped her clients and how she could’ve approached the cheesesteak client.

After years working with people and suffering myself, I’ve come to the conclusion that diet, plant based and movement /exercise. Breathe work, reframing thoughts and beliefs, journaling to discover what your passion is and find a vision for your future. Gratitude for what you and what you can do. Last but hardest perseverance to work hard to reach your goals. I had to understand the struggle we go through to learn something is not the same as the struggle we feel to tolerate pain or when we are abused. Sounds strange but struggle can feel too familiar to abuse and I can feel defeated and shamed when I don’t reach a goal fast enough. Once we are aware we can work through it. I write music. I don’t complete learning how to perform it completely. That takes work. When it doesn’t come easy I start thinking it doesn’t matter... I don’t matter. Anyone relate? Have you been here?

Before you go to a mental health pro for depression, you should go to your medical doctor FIRST! Some depression is medically induced or exacerbated. Rule out hormonal or dietary/nutritional deficiency before jumping into thinking you have mental health issues. I know that a good clinician can weed out these differences but it might not come quick enough and when a Hx of psych care gets on your permanent medical records, you can not get it off of there. Going back later and saying..."Oh, it turned out to be a vitamin B deficiency. I'm not really suicidally depressed!" Too late. Get all your medical labs first. Just saying'.

    • @francesbernard2445

Be careful which medical doctor you go to first. For example, ask them if they are related to the husband you are trying to divorce while there is a long standing civil war going on back in the old country where both waring sides of the nuclear family have descended from.

    • @PleaseNThankYou
      @PleaseNThankYou 4 года назад +2

@@obgfoster No respectable Christian therapist would use that as their only prescription. It may be well to remind the patient upon leaving the session to remember that God is near us at all times and like any good healer is there to her your troubles. Perhaps your doctor is conservative with medicine prescriptions. Ask him. As for living in the bible belt, I would want to live no where else!

May I ask why do you think it is bad to have it in your medical records that you're suffering from depression? It's a seriuos and genuine question. I'm aware there is still a societal stigma connected with mental issues but you don't have to tell your friends, family and aquientances about your mental problems. Is it possible that doctors may not take you seriously while treating some other physical issues because of it? Btw I'm from Poland so the health system here probably is different then in your country.

Kyle’s testimony at the end is not reflective of many hypnotherapists. What he’s suggesting is that hypnotherapists are better than clinical psychologists since there was a wrong diagnosis given. I have done educational background checks on hypnotherapists who faked their educational backgrounds from their bachelors all the way to doctoral studies who are ‘certified’ hypnotherapists. As hypnotherapy is not regulated, always be careful who you see. Do a thorough background check on them. Do not just walk in to the office of any ‘certified’ hypnotherapist.

Anyone in any field can fake their degree and qualifications. Fakers in both fields is very dangerous. The testimony was to her in specific and talking about what effects it can have and how cooperation can look like if the best conditios are met!
      a) willing hard working client
      b) good health professional with a fitting method
      c) co-operation with other professionals of the medical field
So I agree with your words of caution. That one applies for any professional of any field! I do not think that connecting this with his testimony to her belong together. Especially not when she herself mentions repeatedly people have to watch out due to regulations not being in place (and them never being a guarantee, if we are honest. They help.)

I really feel like Grace dodged the question on suggestibility. Desirability is impactful, but suggestibility is one of the key elements of hypnosis, and it is a measurable stable trait. It’s often linked with traits and ‘sub-traits’ such as openness, absorption and fantasy-proneness. Highly suggestible individuals will benefit more from hypnosis than their ‘low-suggestible’ counterparts, without a shadow of a doubt. Disappointing to hear her insinuate that older studies on suggestibility aren’t reliable because desirability wasn’t taken into account - this simply isn’t true. Hypnosis without suggestion isn’t really hypnosis.

That would mean not to take ownership of ourselves, put the blame on the structures we build and support every day AND on top of that, keep repeating the past to the future.
The answer is: As soon as someone makes it past survival patterns (that can mean a lot. Physically, mentally emotionally, spiritually...) we shall give back and spread wanted behaviour and patterns. It means to replace our attention and to actively start "feeding the right wolf". We ourselves have to start rewarding the right people, companies as well as formation of desirable rules and new sociial standards.
;) It's an investment into the future!

And you're exactly right, anything that doesn't portray homosexuality or polyamory in a positive light is going to be removed. Basically everything new aged is going to be widely pushed and we are not allowed to say anything even if it's just a simple difference of opinion. It's absurd bc this is supposed to be a free country where people are allowed to say what they want and up until a few days ago (maybe a week now) big tech companies such as RUclips were protected by law that they were not at fault for "hate speech" or what was being said on the internet. So basically for example someone could bully a person on here and it was not legally RUclips's fault. The law now is going to hold companies like Facebook and RUclips etc responsible. It's bc of what happened at the capitol. They (the powers that be) are using that against us as a means to assert more control over us.
