I did not. The Kasie model is typically $1,150,000 to $1,300,000 with the lot and upgrades. You could spend more or less though. Hope that helps!

Hello! You are correct. Most homes in St. John’s county are wood frame not concrete block. Some builders do offer it though.

I hate these open floor plans. Most homes these days don't separate the kitchen from the living room. It needs a wall somewhere

That is true. Most new homes are open between the kitchen, dining, and living area. In this price range though you could get a custom home and pretty much design what you want.
