400g sea weed fusiforme
One 250ml cup of water
125ml soy sauce, half a cup
125 ml half cup of sugar
125ml vinegar, half cup or 1/3 cup
One lemon slice
3 Cheongyang peppers
1g salt
I used salted sea weed fusiforme soaked in water.
You can also use raw sea weed fusiforme.
When using raw sea weed fusiforme, blanch it directly in boiling water. As soon as it turns green, take it out and rinse it in cold water.

4 carrots (2 tablespoons minced garlic + flavored salt + sesame oil)
