I have a scenario where from one user we are are receiving emails and they are disappearing form inbox with in 2 min. So we used Mfsc mapi and we find the mails are in one particular hidden folder. Why this happens and why the mails from that particular user are moving to hidden purge folder all all the users in our domain . Any reason for that. And the other senders from that domain we are receiving emails.

Huge thanks for this video as it resolved my long going tickets.
Can we delete items which are struck on hold like lit hold or retention policies.
There will be an attribute called total deleted items size under get-mailboxstatastics and its becoming 100 gb , I am unable to find this folder in mfcmapi, can you help please please please
