I love my 2015 Lexus rc f no complaints don’t need to b any faster she is incredible so fun to drive no turbo or charger natural beatiful reliable ❤😂 the best car 4 me
Good review. I have had mine (2016 RCF carbon/TVD performance) for 4+ years and taken it to a track several times. It does exceptionally well on the track in the right hands. I surprise a lot of people on the race track. It needs much better tires as the stock MPSS tires are more for comfort. With more aggressive tires (PS4S XL) and a couple bolt-ons, I can hang with GT350s etc. on the straights
I have a 2015 RCF with the TVD and the way it handles it’s weight in slalom mode is awesome! it doesn’t feel heavy at all especially comparing it to something like a v8 mustang (those are horrible to drive fast around city streets) also mine doesn’t auto shift from 1st to 2nd? For a high powered daily driver it’s a 10+++/10 car!
Actually, it does. It will hit the rev limiter from 1st to 2nd shift at ~ 7400 rpm rev limiter. You need to be quick to shift to 2nd otherwise, it will auto shift to 2nd and if you clicked the paddle at the same time, you will jump to 3rd and suddenly all power is gone due to the revs dropping.
@@jubbalandcars I have driven lots of cars over the year and with aggressive tires, the RCF feels a lot lighter than it actually is primarily due to the body control. If I did not know the weight of my RCF, I would have guessed around 3600 lbs. It does feel wide on small roads, but it is expected since tracks are wide. Also, the hood is long and decklid is short so most of the car is in front of you as opposed to being behind you. As for TVD, 'Slaliom' mode makes the car dance. Even at slow speeds in tighter turns, it will make the nose very darty off-center on the steering.
