    enjoying this series, Tony! I'm a relative newbie who trains my 9 year old son. I want him to be light on his feet because until now we've done a ton of stationary drills. for the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to search for videos or drills like this. so now I know it's a 'hesitation move.' thank you!
