This is when being classy and talent mattered in music. Total class act.
Its a shame what they promote to the young people these days. I try to support any artist that is saying something positive.
Yeeeeeeeeees 🤩
Preach
Definitely ❤
My wife called ME at work crying telling Me Luther had passed
The circle of backup singers becoming Grammy performers/ winners continued with Lisa winning only 4 years after this performance and Luther was the 1st person she thanked.
I wish she was willing to come out and be a lead vocalist like Luther did with the vocals she had but she didn't want to
Do you know who the other backup singers are in this video?
Maybe Ava Cherry ?@@AfrahSings
@@jacobusp.1544 ...it's AVA and KEVIN OWENS.....
@Lisa Fisher a pure natural gift. Vocal perfection, as always.
Luther is one in 1 million. Incredible voice, and that smile. Love and miss him but still playing his music every day. Never forget my Luther❤️❤️❤️
That lady(Lisa Fischer) with that effortless note!!!!
I bet it was total joy singing with them.
I don’t care Luther vandross was and is the best! And his backup sangas always on point!!
Lisa makes me wish I would have gone into backup singing
Superb 👌🏽….Uncle Luther was class personified..
Background is ridiculous...love that concert they did overseas...showcased there vocals.
I think it was the show at the royal Albert hall (London)
Such an amazing, classic live version of this song 🙌

Use to watch that Wembley VHS about 3 times a day back in the early 90's 😅
I was just surprised he didn't win that night with a voice like that.
First live concert ever was Luther Vandross at Kings Dominion in Virginia. Talk about starting at the top! Love and miss you Luther. Never be another like him.

Sound quality needs work android.
Android has nothing to do with it. It was recorded back on VHS in 1987. The tape was old.
