    I personally think that these speakers can handle everything. They get really loud if you push them.

    If only arendal will give us a proper 3way center :/

    • @Emperor36
      @Emperor36 Год назад +3

      I don’t think it really matters for the Center channel speaker unless its made wrong, usually companies will use an MTM design if made correct. I’ve heard 3way designs that don’t sound good because of the amount of drivers in the system plus their crossovers are not made right. Its all about how it sounds to your ears is what matters.

    Great video! Welcome back! Why did you switch the Emotiva’s for crown?

    • @Emperor36
      @Emperor36 Год назад +4

      They had too much hissing in the line. So I switched to Apollon and VTV amps. The crowns had a lot of power but too much hissing. 😢

    ? Are the 1723 2s subwoofer THX certified ? That they dont say on their web site ! Speakers are - both 1723 and 1723 s - but to my knowledge the subs are not THX certified !

      @HiFiBrothers  2 месяца назад

      They are not THX certified but don’t let that stop you from getting the subs - they’re phenomenal!

      105 watts / channel will do a good job of driving these speakers

    The Amp between the Crown Xli's looks like the Rockville D14/D17. A few questions: What are the fan noise levels like? What are you using it for, and how is the performance?

    • @Emperor36
      @Emperor36 Год назад +1

      I had to mod the fan inside the unit itself, it comes with a small 60mm fan and can be annoying. I put a 90mm fan with a two connection pin that helped with fan noise significantly. The performance however is great, lots of power. There is a small amount of hissing when driving my front wide channels. Hope this helps.

    I Know 👀 You Had Other Speakers In The Past, But Did U Ever Have The Kefs Speakers ( Like The R11 Towers Or 🤔 R3 Surround Speakers Ect.Ect Of Kef) To Compare To Arendal Speakers?????

    • @HiFiBrothers
      @HiFiBrothers  Год назад +1

      Never had the pleasure of owning a pair of KEFs but know that they are a very well respected brand within the community.
      We hope to grab a pair in the future and be more than happy to provide our opinion / comparison. Stay Tuned!

      @@HiFiBrothers, I Most DEFINITELY Appreciate The Response Big Time! I'm Still Trying To Figure Out This Speaker World Like I Know The TV 📺 World??? I Guess I'm 👀 Still Clueless! I Just Saw 👀 The Specs Of These Klipsch Speakers ( Klipsch RF-7 lll And Or The Klipsch RC-64 lll Ect.Ect???) And Confused How 🤔 Other Speakers Sounding Better, When The Klipsch Sensitivity And Power 🔋 Wattage Is Beyond Most ???? Very Confusing??? I Guess ???

      Can These Arendal Speakers, Play As Loud As The Klipsch RC - 64 lll RF -7 lll Ect. Speakers 🔊???

    • @HiFiBrothers
      @HiFiBrothers  Год назад

      Having owned the RF-7 II & RC-64 II - I would say that these are relatively comparable in terms of sound output.
      So it’s going to come down to price point and what you think would look better in your room.
