I think it would be hilarious if, instead of being banned, cheaters would permanently be matched up against other cheaters only.

      1) After exf6 by White, there's no reason Black has to move the king.
      2) A queen on d1 cannot move to e7.
      3) Even if it could, Black can just play Bxe7.
      4) Even if that bishop didn't exist, if the Black king is on f8, Black can just play Kg8. Now White has Qd8# and Qe8#, so it's actually mate in 3, not mate in 2.

Tips Levy has given to all cheaters so far:
    - Don't spend the same amount of time per move
    - Actually be somewhat decent at chess without the engine
    - Don't take 4 seconds to recapture a free piece
    - Alternate between your own move and engine moves (That's why you have to be decent at chess outside of the engine)
    - Make sound, common sense moves that you would make without the engine
    - Intentionally make mistakes/blunders/misses that don't make you outright lose but make you lose your advantage/let your opponent counterplay

I just recently made a cheater get banned. When I was playing with that person, I didn't realize that until yesterday, after I check my games, then I saw someone I played against having 1550+ when I was simply 1000 elo, So i checked his profile, guess what? He only made that account on the same time, climbed from 400 to the late 1500, then ofc I reported him (on his account for his elo is skyrocketing too much), then a few hours laters, I saw my ingame mail with +5 elo for compensation of playing against someone because someone I played against apparently banned from fair play, so checked his account which was already banned.

Chesscom and lichess should to this:
Instead of banning cheaters, shadow ban them in a way that they are always matched with another cheater. They suffer and we have fun.

A great way to shadow ban these guys would be to just match them against the bot forever, but make it look like they're losing all their elo to people.
