Everyone only comments about his stares nowadays. Let's first appreciate the absolutely banger content he provides to his audience. You are truly worth more than a queen Levy!
Except a queen flies across the board. While a king has to move one step at a time. Similar to a yacht in Dubai. A woman gets invited and just goes there, she flies across the board. But the man has to go one step at a time and buy the yacht.
14:37 i think the knight development was to prevent the forced mate in 2 when pawn takes the knight when king moves to either side queen checkmate on e7 so the knight prevents that from happening
1) After exf6 by White, there's no reason Black has to move the king. 2) A queen on d1 cannot move to e7. 3) Even if it could, Black can just play Bxe7. 4) Even if that bishop didn't exist, if the Black king is on f8, Black can just play Kg8. Now White has Qd8# and Qe8#, so it's actually mate in 3, not mate in 2.
The black rook was blocking the pawn from taking the queen. That would put the king in range for the rook, so taking the queen there wouldn't be a legal chess move
