PLUGGING WINDOW in for the UV, I was missing this, great tutorial thank you. I'd advise due to the low poly count, enable mesh/normal smoothing, perhaps even a higher roughness value, to hide the faceting, which was holding back your surface imperfections from coming through.

Actually, I added a scratch texture in roughness to get some surface imperfections on the car paint. if you have any issues try to correct the UV and it will works well.

Well you don't need it because, after rendering your car or your animation will follow the same camera movement, so you can open after effects, use the same footage and top of this you can import your seq that's it.
I've tried all these steps but there are always some tracks are shaky, even the tracking datas are smooth in after effects but after import in blender the tracking data little bit movement not smooth. What is the solution?

No, there are no issues with smartphone footage. I use ae2blend addon just to transfer the tracked date from ae to blend.

It depends on your system.
It took me like 6 minutes for 24 seconds of a simple 3d animation using Eevee
