it was bult by the ancient citizens of Egypt and they were too many with equipments and a smart way of bulding you know like many other ancient status in this world Egypt had made The pyramids and other with a skilled hand in a fantastic way you can know this from many ancient books or paper or words on the museums on each wall of Egypts temples♡🦋💓

I agree with Graham Handcock, they, those 3 anyways were built long before the pharaohs, before the great flood.

Cairo was crazy but one of my favourite cities I have visited. I would agree that you will get people giving tourists a bit of hassle around the Giza Pyramids but I simply ignored them and not responded even when one guy followed me for 5 minutes. I did the city night cruise as well which was nice. Also been to Islamic Cairo and visited Mohamed Ali Pasha Mosque, Al Azhar Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Al-Hakim Mosque, Ar-Rifaii Mosque, Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, Midan Hussain Mosque and Al-Azhar Park. Also went south to Coptic Cairo to see the churches/cathedral there. Went top of Cairo Tower to see the view at night. I did trips to Saqqara Step Pyramid, Memphis to see Ramses II statue and Dahshur to see the Red and Bent Pyramids

@@ralen4475 It was done as a day trip as the hotel I was staying did day trips to these places. They took us to Dahshur first to see the Bent and Red Pyramids, then went to Memphis and then to Saqqara to see the step pyramid. I know various companies in Cairo will do these as day trips like Egypt United Tours who had connections with the hotel I was staying at in Cairo

I find it especially helpful when you film yourselves entering and exiting places as my daughter is disabled and it helps me figure out whether it’s feasible for her to go places. Thank you again for making such great vids.

You can notice this in many ancient Egyptian statues, and this is also what we as archeology students study. Lots of tour guides like to tell these stories to add some action

    Things to remember folks:
1 - the pyramids are mostly limestone which is not that hard. The quarries at Giza show where they cut channels in the bedrock and spaces along lines for wooden levers to be inserted. Limestone forms in layers like a cake. So via driving lines of chisels a short distance into the stone the stone will continue to split along the line like breaking off a saltine cracker. Then via wooden levers they could break free the chunks - they were not individually chiseling out each block - onto wooden sleds.
2 - wooden sleds were not only pulled by men. Ancient Egyptians the same as you see today in parts of the world also used draft animal power = oxen. The tomb of Hunefer shows a large sarcophagus being pulled on a wooden sled by a team of yoked oxen. The worker village at Giza contained in its midden heaps tens of thousands of cattle bones - which places oxen at Giza during the period of the pyramids. If they were consuming cattle they would have also used them for labor.
3 - the largest/heaviest blocks in the pyramids are found in the bottom half closest to the ground. Above that point the blocks become smaller in size. Those at the top are small enough to have been levered into place by several men. So ramps used to construct the pyramids really only needed to go as high as the heaviest blocks to be raised - King's Chamber below the halfway point. Above that level the smaller blocks could be lifted level to level via a device which used a fulcrum and counterweight akin to the Egyptian shaduf. It could have sat upon the "steps" to raise the smaller blocks to the levels above.
Finally ramps. The western cemetery adjacent the Great Pyramid contains partially completed tombs. They have attached to them small earthen ramps made from a mixture of sand/stone chips/tafla - a clay they mined. Near the worker village at Giza is the remains of a huge tafla mining operation. When the limestone quarries were excavated they were found to have had massive amounts of what they made ramps out of dumped into them. So as they encased the pyramids in white Tura limestone working from the top down as Herodotus wrote they could systematically dig away the ramps and dump the residue into the limestone quarry pits.
p.s. - as to the other stones. Next to Khafre's valley temple adjacent the Sphinx are 3 white lines running eastwards towards Cairo. That are actually stone jetties which slope beneath the surface of the ground. Nile mud was found ~7 meters down. So that area was actually = a harbor complex. So granite and other basalts along with the white Tura limestone used as casing stones was transported via barges to a harbor which sat about 500 meters from the pyramids at Giza.

Some people say they cut off/exploded the pharaoh statue’s (Sphinx) nose because the pharaoh was really a black man (with a “black people” shaped- nose) so they try to hide that from history that black people were once kings, queens, and pharaoh’s long time ago… ( I’m not saying that’s true or not but that’s from what I heard allegedly)

The Sphinx is at least 12,500 years old, proven by water erosion, and the original lion's head was recarved at some point into a disproportionately smaller Pharaoh's head

Good tips but I’m afraid nothing prepares you enough for the shock of actually experiencing it. Egypt, though stunningly beautiful left me sad after the exhausting parade of scammers at the airport, hotels, taxi drivers, people persistently following you trying to market something leaving you forlorn and untrusting. Would I go back? Yes but only with a guided tour with some free time to fully absorb the architectural beauty of the past.

I want to go, but I wanted To ask, what are the toilets or restrooms there like? I saw a video of “how to use the toilets in Asia” so that made me curious and alert!: how are the toilets over there? Cause that video I saw, the toilets were on the floor and the guy making the video said there’s no toilet paper. So that just made me really scared lol. I just want to go with an idea of what we will need to prepare for. Please let me know. Thank you!

Toilets are "normal" lol idk if that the right word .
Maybe bring your own Toilet paper with you in restaurant and cafés because some of them may not use it

Good coverage from Giza. But remember giving some money to the guys around there is not a big thing, We spend some thousand dollars to pay for airline tickets and other luxuries...

Normal bathrooms, usually without toilet paper. Sometimes somebody sits in front of the bathroom and requests money for you to receive toilet paper.

    When you see this!
It means you are good luck!
Read this when you go home!
    Then bad luck will leave!
(In Jesus’ name, all things which have been stolen by the devil will be returned to me, all things which have been cheated by the demons, will be returned to me, all things that have been imposed on me will be all taken away, and I command you to get out of me!)
You have to say it out loud!
No need to be very loud, but have to say it out!
Remember it the devil, they are very cunning!
Remember this when you are in trouble!
