    As always, thank you so much! As you correctly mentioned, yolk sac is more widely known as Umbilical vesicle, but I think it actually does contribute to the nutritive needs of the developing embryo - or do you have a source that says otherwise? Would appreciate it if you could let me know! Thanks again AK!

    Thanks for this job but in the figure you should replace the umbilical vein instead of umbilical artery 🤗

      Arwa Salam it's actually correct. The umbilical vein carries oxygenated blood whose color would be red.
