    I loved this! Very easy to follow animation and narration and really helped me understand how the placenta forms. I actually liked the music - it was relaxing and not distracting. One question though - what happens to the syncytiotrophoblast after the formation of the cytotrophoblastic shell? Does it initially sit in the intervillous space and then simply dissolves and disperse into the maternal circulation? Thanks

    • @MineMinzDjLp
      @MineMinzDjLp 2 года назад

      As I know, the syncytiotrophoblast is becoming a part of the filtration barrier between the blood of the mother and the fetus in the villous tree. Furthermore, it is very important to produce progesterone after about 2-3 months to maintain the pregnancy. Until then the Corpus luteum (= relic of ovulation) is producing progesterone.

    Surah Al-Mumenoon, Verse 12:
    وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ مِن سُلَالَةٍ مِّن طِينٍ
    We have created man from an extract of clay.
    Surah Al-Mumenoon, Verse 13:
    ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُطْفَةً فِي قَرَارٍ مَّكِينٍ
    Then We made him a sperm-drop in a firm resting place
    Surah Al-Mumenoon, Verse 14:
    ثُمَّ خَلَقْنَا النُّطْفَةَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْعَلَقَةَ مُضْغَةً فَخَلَقْنَا الْمُضْغَةَ عِظَامًا فَكَسَوْنَا الْعِظَامَ لَحْمًا ثُمَّ أَنشَأْنَاهُ خَلْقًا آخَرَ فَتَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ أَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِينَ
    Then We turned the sperm-drop into a clot, then We turned the clot into a fetus lump, then We turned the fetus lump into bones and We clothed the bones with flesh; thereafter We developed it into another creature. So , glorious is Allah, the Best of the Creators.

    what the hell is the sytotrophoblastik shell is it a barrier between the willi and the the synsitiotrophoblast I NEED TO KNOW

    • @BetheaMedicalMedia
      @BetheaMedicalMedia  9 лет назад +26

      The cytotrophoblastic shell is attached to the villi. Cells at the top of the villi grow up and outward, and connect with cells from neighboring villi to form a continuous shell. This shell is in contact with the decidua basalis, and surrounds the syncytiotrophoblast and the lacunae filled with maternal blood. This cytotrophoblastic shell is what separates from the uterus when the placenta is delivered.

    The placenta serves as a filter.
    The heart for example is one organ carmentalized where vein an artery blood dont touch. egg supplies the life force four building blocks. once conceived a mitosis occus, group of cell's the placenta. The placenta is the ova's delineator. This askin to mug wheel on potters wheel or conveior belt, this orders the cells. Coception means one being sperm merges with the ova , assembled in womb. One being doubling into two.

    Can someone verify whats this tiny black clot balls, in our umblical cord of the placenta?
    because where im from, placenta will be given back to the parents (and bury it) since its part of the child & parent
    we count these balls before we wash & bury it..
    And each clots represent the number of baby you can give birth. Some have 3, 7,10 balls (varies from every women) and it will reduced after each delivery.
    1 hypothetical way to test this:
    have your 1st child first, count the balls in your umbilical cord; lets say u have 4 balls.
    If ure pregnant later and gave birth to your 2nd child, count again and see if it has 3 balls left.
    The balls should represent the no. of child youre able to give birth (alive/dead)
    ..Not sure if its true, but itd be interesting to know that we can tell our birth limit based from this organ, which plays an important role throughout our pregnancy (which is amazing).
