I love that you guys do this!! I live just outside Cincinnati and we rarely get this much snow, but when we do it's accompanied by freezing rain. Last year I helped a lady who was trying to hit an exit ramp, and went too far over in the grass, and buried her car because she hit it at speed. Unfortunately for her, her fuel light was on, and she had to keep the car running to stay warm. I found out after I pulled her out that I potentially saved her, because everyone else was just driving past. Keep being the amazing dude that you are, it makes a difference!!

Personally I enjoy the survival mode feeling the snow brings me, and also if you notice just about everyone forgets about name brand clothing, Ego's, and negativity.
I’m an East Tennessee boy born and raised and when it snows we go out to help for fun and just to help because it’s the right thing to do. Most of the people in my little home town(about 20 mins West of Knoxville) still will stop and help people in need when they’re stuck in snow or having car problems.
Insane how much you saved him his whole paycheck! The tow wouldve came straight outta his paycheck for that haul and that's life changing for truckers. Make or break type of scenario especially with a full load!
Just so you know, don't use the hitch for this kind of recovery. A guy from my country got killed by the ball that is on the hitch. They pulled him hard the ball snaped and flew back to him and directly killed him threw the front glass.

As a former Tow truck driver, majority of them are on Commission based pay. If they don't have a vehicle on their truck their not making money. So you are taking food out their kids mouth by helping out Randoms on the road. It's a nice gesture, but that is there business and how they keep food on the table......
Yea I don't really feel guilty about saving people (most of whom live paycheck to paycheck) $100's on a tow lol. Plenty of company jobs and real accidents they can handle for money-
Yep i agree, and most of the time when people don't know what they're doing the cars end up being more stuck than before😂😂 Now that's 2 tows i have to do. Let them be stupid my kids eat well during this time of year.

Now we're upside down for the day because of all the fuel we ran for cancelled calls .And i don't feel bad either when your cars break down or shop gets broken into. Cost of doing business.

I love this style of videos, I love seeing people being rescued. I still remember that video you did years ago where you rescued stranded motorist during a flash flood.
A Ram pulled my 26ft FedEx truck up a hill one winter I got stuck. I was so grateful bc the firetruck that stopped to help me couldn’t do it (no 4 wheel drive) and I had no heat in my truck.
Imagine you still had the Duramax! I miss that truck. Wonder if she would have struggled pulling the semi. The TRX did good though! Nice of you to help other people
Great video the TRX is such a great truck! Wish I would have bought one before I got my Gen3 Raptor. Helping people when they need help is just being a good person in life it's great you have that at such a young age.

Used to do the same thing all the time when I plowed snow in an 89 F250. Had a truck stop as well as a Super 8 off the interstate with truck parking. Did this on several occasions to get their patrons unstuck. The plow was an advantage. It added extra weight on the front, and I could plow away all the loose slush from where I was gonna pull.
Looks like you had fun! here in the Cowboy State, we always help each other get unstuck. Its just our way of life. Really is a shame you don't see people helping people out more in this world.
Mike, you should get a yankum rope one of the strongest tow ropes on the market. These ropes are used by farmers to pull out stuck tractors and combine. And talking those big huge quad track tractors. So you should Consider buying one of those types of ropes on the future, especially if you're going to be helping pull out stuck semi's once in a while.
I like that you film yourself pulling people out occasionally. Its natural to feel good about being able to help. Were fortunate but also made good decisions in our life. Now others may bask in your nobility good sir!
Open the sleeper lower compartment door....the factory tow hooks are usually stored in there. (Some trucks are on the frame under the hood) then install them into the front receivers.
Those holes are where his tow hooks go, he just doesn’t have them in right now and im guessing he didn’t know where they were located 🤦🏾♂️… glad my rig came with them already installed which has saved a ton of time whenever I’ve had to pulled out of the mud and snow at job sites.
This used to be my morning routine. One road i used to take a short cut on would have multiple vehicles in the ditch every time it snowed. They always offered money but i never took any. The worst part is the impatient people still trying to drive by while getting someone out. One time i had a truck hooked up and had to reposition, so the tow rope was limp on the road, still connected to both our vehicles, and someone drove over my tow strap because they didnt want to wait!

TRX 💪💪. I pulled an international Roll back out of the mud with my 02 Ram 1500 4.7 the owner was impressed.
