You can't begin with the "spicy" chorizo because the following ones don't taste the same, always begin with the softer then up the flavour. That's a principle, that's common sense. BTW, that's empanadilla, not empanada. Empanada is a huge one to serve several people
EDIT: "very similar to prosciutto" :facepalm: iberian ham is so much better than prosciutto that an italian might cry, in fact all the cured meats we have are superior. I don't know what you eat and the price, but I can assure you we have the best cured pork in the world, not only ham but chorizo, loin and so on
