    I was 10 days late for my period. I tried acupressure,yoga ,subliminals for 4 5 days but it didn't work.Yesterday i tried this exercise 2 times actually with no hope and i drank cumin turmeric water also did acupressure and listened subliminal at night and i got my period today morning .im so happy i had great fear actually. I dont know what worked for me . Girls dont get stressed try everything. One will work for you cause not everyone's body is same ❤️

    My period was 2 months late ..l tried lots of drinks but that didn't work then ..I tried this in night and got my period next morning..also l soked cumin seed in water for over night and drink that in morning..these two things really helped me a lot .. thankyou so much ❤❤😊

    I rarely comment on any social media platform. I was 20 days late for my period. Actually i was diagnosed with pcod. But as I have started following hiit workouts for quite a long time so my periods mostly on time. But this time although I have tried many heavy workouts at home but my period didn’t come on time but this workouts really worked as miracle for me. I tried this only 1 day and in the afternoon on that day itself I got my period. Thank you

    Thank you, I did today and got my periods within an hour, though I have been working out since 2 weeks and drinking ginger, ajwain teas, papaya, milk and flax seeds, relaxtherapy and what not 😂. finally after so many efforts. 🎉

      @@Gyaaani_Baba due to stress I was facing late periods it was 15 days days it happened 3 times so I called the gyno she put me in a hormonal pill
      Which bloated the shit out of me
      I’m in the last 21 days then I will be off of the pills n then I will start doing the period exercise right now I’m under the effect of this pill so the exercise won’t show any result

      @@raik.7510 are Maine to evening se hi sunna strt kiya tha ...aur morning me aagya... lekin next day nhi aaya ...phir se mantra suna. Or saath me chanting bhi ki next day starting wala pain shuru hua lekin abhi 6th day tk bahut pain k saath continue h ...2 mnths ka ruka tha...bahut powerful mantra h...I will surely recommend to everyone...if any girl having pain Mata se pain Kam krne ka vinti krte hue chanting kro to wo bhi hota h ... Krishna g pr to bahut vishvas h mujhe ab in mantras pr bhi.

    100 % it works.. honestly telling,when I was reading the comments, I thought that those may be from the near ones of the youtuber.. but really , it works.. today I did the cobra pose, some squats and crunches... Wallaah, I got my periods in the evening... ❤❤❤❤thnx alot ma'am. My periods were delayed by more than 15 days.

    My period is 2 days late ... actually 3-4 month phle mera weight 68 kg tha but abi maine reduce kiya hain and ab 48 kg ho gya .. means 20 kg reduce ho gya with dieting and aerobics exercise..but is month mere periods late ho gye .pichle month tk sahi the 😢😢😢ab kya krun .. weight loss hi reason hain kya ..plz somebody help me as i m very stressed

      @@irtiqajaan1902 that’s great since this year I’m facing late periods been on hormonal pill and I didn’t followed the protocol rightly so I missed the august periods
      Now I’m facing spotting I hope my periods would come by tonight or tomorrow I’m just freaking out
