I rarely comment on any social media platform. I was 20 days late for my period. Actually i was diagnosed with pcod. But as I have started following hiit workouts for quite a long time so my periods mostly on time. But this time although I have tried many heavy workouts at home but my period didn’t come on time but this workouts really worked as miracle for me.
