Ronnie Coleman used gloves, kai greene, jay cutler, phil heath. Only d-bags at the local gym who don't lift enough to build problem calluses on there hands dont use gloves. The biggest d-bags are the one that mock others about it.
I got to say, and as a LAL fan it's hard to admit, but the 2008 Celtics were one of the best team I've seen. They tore my heart out, but we got them back in 2010.

Paul Pierce has been a bit goofy off and on since retiring but he seems like a genuinely good guy and he was a hell of a player. He's one of the best Celtics ever, hands down, and that's saying a lot. He held that team together for years before the good run began with KG and RA, etc.

As a Celtics fan I remember a few details. Paul was on vacation far away when Ray was negotiating while bosh and Lebron actively were at meetings. Allen actually was leaning towards Milwaukee because he wanted to end his career there. I don't believe that lie Paul told.
Don't talk to me about family. They let a young Rondo walk around unchecked poisoning the locker room and beefing with Ray. They know damn well that he stepped away and stopped attending whatever event they had at that time.

The answer seems simple to me. It goes along with the current era’s attitude toward resting players. Nobody wants to exert themselves nor risk an injury for a game that is meaningless when thinking about the big picture. You see players go down with freak injuries. OGs wouldn’t care about injury, they had something to prove. Younger players want to focus on their personal health and how that may impact their team’s run into the playoffs. I can’t even blame the change in perspective and approach to the game. It is what it is.
