it´s time for the first plane spotting episode from Innsbruck in 2019. The airport is one of the most scenic place in the world. You can enjoy watching spectacular approaches and incredible departures in between the alps mountains. Especially during the winter flightplan many charter stuff is inbound to Innsbruck. Airlines like TUI, SAS, BA, Eurowings, S7, Austrian, EasyJet, Thomas Cook, Laudamotion etc...

during the departure the aircraft departed above the obstacle it's unsafe but that is amazing how long the distance between the runway and the mountain

i live there and the mountains, especially in winter with clear sky, never cease to amaze me
Gliders in Controlled Airspace is something new to me.
I love gliding but not at an airport.
The sun heats up the air at the mountains and so there are strong up winds. The gliders can go very high in short time.

It's a little weird not to see any big airlines (KLM, Lufthansa, AirFrance or British Airways) in this video. But othorwise, great footage!!!

Ich mag dieses Video nicht da die Sequenzen zu kurz sind. Will heissen, man sieht ein Flugzeug starten und kurz danach gehts zur nächsten Sequenz. Ich persönlich hätte gerne noch länger dem Flugzeug nachgeschaut und schauen ob es eine SID fliegt die man in LOWI kennt oder eben gemäss ATC rausfliegt.
Anscheinend sehen das viele so , da man hauptsächlich Spotter Videos findet wo man eben längere Sequenzen sieht.
Aber das ist meine Meinung und eigentlich ist es ja auch schön mal Innsbruck hier zu sehen.
It's not interesting .. You need a perspective to see a liner on the background of mountains or a city (there are a couple of shots) that would be much more interesting ... And so just takeoffs and landings. But INNSBRUCK is famous for the difficulty of flying.
SAS has literally the most boring livery in the world..not much thought put into that design
