I wore this in the 80s . We put in on with our fingers. We had no primer. It was the goat! A compact was a must to keep it matte. A shiny face was not cool
All we had in the 80's was our fingers. Powder blushes came with anemic little flat brushes. Eye shadows came with sponge applicators. Only professionals had brushes and I suspect a lot of them shopped at art supply stores for them.
Love your video. I'm 57 and have used this since I was 17. Tried other foundations through the years but have always come back. Tip for peeling skin: Before you set it, use your eyebrow tweezers to gently pull the skin away
Hi, I'm 58, and have used this foundation since I was 20 or so, I love it , tried others here and there, but always come back to pan stick max factor, I have a few tiny broken veins on my cheeks it also covers these.
Omgggg yes its always so flawless, my mom always used this since way before i was born even in her HS years and stayed loyal till this day and i use it too but ive been with other foundations juvias place, lady gaga etc but i always find myself reaching for this one🤣🤣🤣
Sometimes I use shade finders that are available (like on Sephora's website) but most of the time I guess. I know my undertones are neutral to warm so I usually go with the lightest or second lightest (depending on how big the shade range is) of the neutral/warm shade. If you have a foundation that matches you pretty well I highly recommend using a shade finder 😊 it has helped me a lot!
Omggg thank you, I thought about buying it. That's weird btw that it's almost twice as expensive on amazon than other webshops (but I live in NL EU so idk). loveeee vintage make-up
@@SimplyEmmatation also can you help a girl out? It’s sooo difficult to decide which shade(s) would be best to cover blemishes & blue/ transparant skin under my eyes. I was thinking true beige nr12, fair nr25 and/ or nouveau beige nr 13 (or even bisque ivory 96). Idk how to know my undertones and so on🥲 I think my pf pic is quite realistic all though I feel like I’m whiter irl lol
@itsautomaticfaegirl I have found a lot of helpful stuff online about putting gold and silver jewelry on yourself. If gold makes your skin look healthier then you have warm undertones, if silver then cool, and both is neutral. I have neutral to warm undertones I usually go with the 2nd lightest neutral warm shade available if there are a lot of shades. If there is less shades I will pick the lightest. I hope that helps! I am not the best at shade matching but I think I do okay 😂
It is not the same formula. I loved MF Pan Stick coverage for years. When they stopped selling it in the US and then brought it back it's not the same.
@jenniferbrunner8850 a lot of people have been saying they've used it for years and still love it. Though I'll never know what it was like I think it really good now!
I think it is just too much, specially for young like you. You dont need that much make up. You are pretty without makeup. I think this is suitable for night party only.

Should I test out more makeup from Max Factor?? 🤔

Exactly. Unfortunately, it's not the same formula now.
I'm nearly 60 and have used dis since i was 16 I love it
I can see why!

I wasn’t aware this was still in production. I’m using Peter Ta cream at the moment. I may have to revisit the Panstick

@peabisms awe thank you! You are so sweet 🥰🥰
This foundation is so famous. Astounding anyone into makeup hasn't heard of it.
@MeganCullenmossmountain not sure if this was meant to be rude, but there is so much makeup in the world that its hard to know everything 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
How do you find your color? My skin is darker than yours but I'm so confused!

Amazon prices fluctuate so much, after I bought it the price changed to like $9! I was a little mad 😂
@@SimplyEmmatation oh nooo I hate when that happens!

It is crazy how makeup trends change and now we purposely put shine on our faces 😂😊
