Primary Doctor Medical Journal Mask Study:
"As we see from the data, there was no significant correlation with mask use and either increase or reduction of deaths from COVID-19; thus masking could not have caused a significant reduction in deaths. In fact, two of the countries with the highest COVID-19 deaths also had high rates of mask use: Spain at 87% mask use and Brazil at 90% mask use. Again, masking could not have caused a significant reduction in deaths.
Masks have been shown through overwhelming clinical evidence to have no effect against transmission of viral pathogens.
Penetration of cloth masks by viral particles was almost 97% and of surgical masks was 44%.Even bacteria, approximately ten times the volume of coronaviruses, have been poorly impeded by both cloth masks and disposable surgical masks.
Face masks became almost ineffective after two hours of use, and after 150 minutes of use.
One of the risks of mask wearing is that masks maintain bacteria in greater numbers and for a longer period of time. This increases the risk of those bacteria entering the respiratory tract.
Masks create hypoxia in the wearers and hypoxia is deadly. In children hypoxic conditions are even more of an emergency as their anatomical differences make a child potentially more vulnerable than an adult to injury from masks. We consider it urgent for children to be released from mask “mandates".
Conclusion
Masks have been shown consistently over time and throughout the world to have no significant preventative impact against any known pathogenic microbes. Specifically, regarding COVID-19, we have shown in this paper that mask use is not correlated with lower death rates nor with lower positive PCR tests. Masks have also been demonstrated historically to contribute to increased infections within the respiratory tract. We have examined the common occurrence of oral and nasal pathogens accessing deeper tissues and blood, and potential consequences of such events."
A recent Stanford study released by the NCBI, which is under the National Institutes of Health, showed that masks do absolutely nothing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and their use is even harmful.
The existing scientific evidences challenge the safety and efficacy of wearing facemask as preventive intervention for COVID-19. The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious disease such SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, supporting against the usage of facemasks. Wearing facemasks has been demonstrated to have substantial adverse physiological and psychological effects. These include hypoxia, hypercapnia, shortness of breath, increased acidity and toxicity, activation of fear and stress response, rise in stress hormones, immunosuppression, fatigue, headaches, decline in cognitive performance, predisposition for viral and infectious illnesses, chronic stress, anxiety and depression. Long-term consequences of wearing facemask can cause health deterioration, developing and progression of chronic diseases and premature death.
The real question is, can this house hold 900 people in time like this? Otherwise it won't change anything and the world surely doesn't need it

Happy to have Caroline back. If nothing else, "The One" made me realize that I am much happier looking at a gorgeous but liveable house with a relatable and fun realtor. "The One" was clearly "The One to avoid" for me, even if I would have the money. Only the idea that I need to be in the same room as Nile... The one thing I so often dislike about these beautiful homes is the standard AC vent covers. So many details are considered and so much money is spent and all I can see is that $12 white vent on the wall.
All the vents should be hidden, linear diffusers, or more attractive plastered-in vents.

I've been watching this channel probably the most, Love the watch videos / shopping the most, out of all my channels I tune in as much as possible, mainly due to Michael because even though he has some money he's not the typical Millionaire & he looks out for those around him. Seems like a genuine nice and awesome guy. Hard quality to come around in these times, love the collab videos with Mr Wonderful. Great content all around, an I'm more of a prepper guy etc but I can dig this channel, Michael an all of its content, good job.

I love the house tours with Caroline. The interactions between the 3 of them is quite entertaining and can't be duplicated. The bodybuilder in me also notices she has very nice calves, well done Caroline.
Her calves are almost tooo developed. She should work on her quads more to balance it out, but then again genetics/ risk of too big thighs.
