My first car was a '98 sedan with the 3.0 L V6. I grew to love that car so much over our 9+ years together. I started off as a point A to point B driver, but I appreciated its performance when I was running late. As I grew older, I became more interested in cars and started to discover just how capable of an economy car it was. I wrecked it on a wet road this past spring, and I'm not ashamed to say that I wept over losing it.
I am a proud owner of a 2022 Honda Accord Sport Special Edition 10th generation, and I'm NEVER giving it up. I love it. The ride, the reliability, the smoothness, the sporty and aggressive looks. In my opinion, the 10th Gen is the total package daily and weekend driver. No, it's not the fastest but it can give you decent power. when you need it. If you can purchase one, GET IT. Highly recommended. 😃👍
They’re definitely not slow either. 250hp is very decent for a daily driver that’s reliable and spacious
@markroden Unfortunately, the 2022 Accord SSE doesn't have the 252hp turbo engine. The 2022 Accord Sport Special Edition has a slightly tuned up 1.5 turbo with 200hp (on paper its 192hp but trust me its 200hp), not fast, but it's fast enough for my daily driving needs. I still love it, though. Oh, it has all leather heated seats as well. Anyway, nice video. Keep on doing what you're doing, Mark. 10/10 video. 🎖😃👍
Ive got an '01 Accord LX Coupe. My first car, as well as the only brand new car (for now) bought by my immediate family. Its got 320,000 mi, an I4, is an automatic, and still drives like new!

Imagine everyone talking about their BMWs and audis and then they ask you what you drive and you say "oh me? I drive a vw polo 😎" END OF CONVERSATION, nobody wants to hear how you put a VR6 inside of it because it's a god damn polo!

Not the most well-researched, I'm sorry to be 'that guy,' but I'll take any love the Accord gets. 3rd gen's "B-series" had pretty much nothing in common with the later B-series that people actually want (not that North America got anything other than the A-engine anyway), and 5th gen's VTEC (be it the 4-cyl F or 6-cyl C) was of the eco variety, it didn't have the exciting performance boost. Even the Ks in the later gens still weren't the desired ones in terms of stock performance until you got to the 10th gen's K20C. At least in America, the 160hp eco-tuned Ks that we got weren't a significant upgrade considering how heavy the Accord was getting, but at least the bones were there for a build.
