Don’t miss out on this incredible property! This 10.29-acre parcel offers a unique opportunity for those seeking privacy and recreation at an affordable price. This property has deeded access to two lakes, Bog Lake, and Fulton Lake, providing ample recreational options. Bog Lake spans 826 acres with diverse fish species including salmon and bass, while Fulton Lake, covering 96 acres, offers additional fishing opportunities. This property also abuts a 53-acre common lot preserve ensuring extra privacy and recreational opportunities. While walking the property you will notice the easily 100+ year old white pines and oaks scattered throughout the property, making it feel like you're in your own national park. Your elevations range from 200 to 280 feet above sea level adding to the park-like feeling. To top it all off this property has ample road frontage with power at the road further making this the perfect spot for a home. Northfield is a quiet and incredibly small town but your proximity to Machias makes up for that. With Machias having restaurants, stores, and other amenities, everything you need will be within 30 minutes and you’ll still retain all the privacy you could want. If you’ve been looking for a place to build a home do not pass this up!
Wow! Great property. Endless possibilities and plenty of firewood. I could live there 😎
*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful piece of property, thank-you gentlemen for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.
Love those big trees!
Boy, would I love that property: oaks - chanterelles; beautiful mix of old and new trees, electric (when needed), and pristine H2O, for drinking and lakes, and happy wildlife. Fauna and flora and fabulous northern ME air (when Canada isn't smoldering). Thanks for showing this glorious not so little tidbit of the great state of Maine. (One more yr.hope to find something.)❤
Love watching you guys!
Beautiful property!
The green is Lobariaceae a family of Fungi ( Do not eat or touch) and the white is Crusts also a family of Fungi and also (Do not eat or touch) found on dead or decaying wood.
That green one is lung lichen. Not poisonous. I usually see it on trunks of red maples and oaks in sheltered spots.
Hi folks, I believe it is a lichen. Thanks for the video. Beautiful property.
That, my good man is called lichen, the babies are called bears bread mushroom (Ganoderma applanatum). nice property!
