    “How do we say …okay,..if this is taken away, what opportunity does this provide us in order to make this truly equitable, so that nobody has an advantage over anyone else… plus… “
    “You want equity? Great, let’s look at what that really looks like.”
    Companies provide many resources that are not used by their employees. None of these resources should be race-specific. Resources should be made available to all employees based on roles.

    How are people to respond? The word “grooming” was brought up multiple times, which can be perceived in a very negative way.
    When a person calls themselves an “ally”, and then you reprimand them for speaking up, this turns people off that could easily decide to stay quiet.
    How about acknowledging people’s accomplishments, and not focusing on their skin pigment? Such a strange view on life.
