So let's picture the scene where the Avengers fight Ego The Living Planet. The Avengers are on the blue area of the moon staring in awe at Ego.
Robbie plunges his hands into the moon's surface and he's all like
    "Guys I've got this!"

You know one of the most frustrating things about this story? Al Ewing already did this and better. He did negative celestials, he wiped out all but one of the regular celestials, reset the cosmic continuity, AND BROUGHT THE ULTIMATE UNIVERSE BACK! However since it's in Ultimates and not avengers no one read it and it got ignored. Then Arron comes and does something very similar then it sticks, even though Ewings story was much better IMO.

Hey wait, honest question, I thought when the Phoenix inhabits Jean Grey it never knew emotions before and that’s why it went crazy. But if the Prevengers exist and the Phoenix was on the team, especially being in the body of a more...primal version of a human female and also had a relationship with Odin, then why the fuck would it have a problem with emotions when Jean stepped into the picture?

Even though I do like alot of Aaron's other work like Thor & Ghost Rider, I never felt he had good handle on Loki. In my view, his depiction of Loki feels so generic & regressive, especially compared to both Gillen & Ewing's work on the character.

I have a great problem with this hulk in that this would be a good grey she hulk idea that because of her lack of control she becomes the opposite of what she wants (the classic she hulk) so instead of a jade skinned goddess she become an ugly grey blob of muscles, also it'd juxtapose how original Green Hulk is usually the dumb lug, while Joe fixkt is the street wise bruiser. I also would imply that maybe this hulk is seperate from Jen as a person entirely.

Aaron fanboys/fangirls: Jason Aaron is such a good writer.
Me: Name 3 good Jason stories aside from God Butcher, or don't constantly reference God butcher.
    Aaron fanboys/fangirls: .......
    Me: Exactly!
Seriously, in the larger meta-narrative of Marvel Comics has a whole, very little of Aaron's stories make sense. He's basically Bendis but with better character dialogue.

I started this Avengers run when it came out and stuck with it until just after war of the realms. I struggled getting through it from boredom and character decisions I couldn't stand, mainly what they did to She-Hulk. My favorite arc was easily the vampire civil war and that arc kept me going along with the promise of more Blade. Wasn't worth it...

I LOVE that Spider-Man FCBD issue where Peter & Miles are arguing over who has the best pizza, they team up to fight The Shocker, then The Shocker tells Peter & Miles where he thinks the best pizza is so Peter & Miles having webbed up The Shocker actually drag him along to the location of the pizza joint mentioned by The Shocker, and are surprised by how good the pizza is. So The Shocker asks if the pizza is good enough for him to go free Peter & Miles reply "NO" and punch The Shocker in the face knocking him unconscious then admitting The Shocker was right they did have good pizza not the best but pretty good HAHAHAHA. Miles felt bad about hitting The Shocker but Peter's reply was like yeah I know, but it felt good at the time.

On top of everything that's stupid about this story what frustrates me the most is the dead Celestials crashing onto the planet with no impact outside of a few buildings being destroyed. GIANT CELESTIALS CRASHED ONTO THE PLANET WITH FORCE! Thanks for the episode regardless guys, it was so fun to listen to the book being taken apart
