Game Over - Final Fantasy II Remastered 80s Style

It's called "Game Over", but you hear it more often when yet another character is lost to the war against the empire. I have to say, Josef's death actually kinda got to me--not the moment itself, but remembering his wife's dialogue after the fact. As terrible as playing this game actually is, I respect the hell out of Square's decision to make this game a dark war epic after the relatively lighthearted and simple FF1. There's a uniquely tragic atmosphere to this game, a hell of an accomplishment for any Famicom game. On another note, I experimented with turning up the reverb for a more lush sound here, and I think it turned out pretty well!
